Every option includes access to shared core equipment, waste services, and the building’s conference rooms, kitchenette, and 24/7 swipe-card access.

Each suite includes a private support room, dedicated bench and workstation space, and a set number of user memberships. Suites are leased month to month.
Deluxe Suite

Benches and Add-Ons
Not ready for a suite, or need more than yours includes? Space is available à la carte. Suite tenants receive a 50% discount on each additional bench beyond what their suite package includes, plus the standard user fee per bench.

Shared Equipment
Every tenant has access to the lab’s shared core equipment, with training provided. The equipment room is stocked for molecular biology, protein work, cell analysis, and day-to-day wet lab operations. Deluxe Suites also include a dedicated Class II Type A2 biological safety cabinet and two CO2 incubators.
